  This is the 2nd time we have had a long wait for our food and when it finally came it was warm and tasted lake fast food. The manager was not concerned when we complained. We actually complained twice before she did anything. It will be a really, really long time before I eve conceder going back.

  Enjoyed my shrimp scampi but it was very buttery. My friend had the 4oz lobster tail and said it was underdone in the middle of it and was chewy. My other friend got the parm encrusted tilapia and was good, but green beans were overcooked. The device was excellent. The waitress was kind enough, when we complained about the tail, to bring a fresh tail. Free of charge so I was great fun for that. A very nice place just expensive and butter are the main components.

  My mom used to work here about 12 years ago, but I had never eaten here. So, for my first experience going here with my boyfriend and his father, was absolutely horrible. We didn't wait for a table, which was nice because when I originally called they said it would be a 45 minute wait, so we waited another hour before coming in. When we got our table, we had to wait 5 minutes just to get our drink order taken. Then, he had brought the beer my bfs father had ordered, and we continued to wait another 5 minutes for drinks after he had to wait 5 minutes just to get his beer. I asked 3 times for grenadine in my Sprite and got regular sprite. Then we waited another 10 minutes for our order to be taken. The waiter came back and my boyfriend's father had told him about how he forgot to make my drink so he offered a new one which was nice. He asked if my boyfriend's father wanted another beer, then came back and forgot to give him the 2nd beer. So he asked for water, and offered to get my boyfriend another water. Then he came back with one water and a sprite. 15 minutes later our food comes.... And everything I ordered was cold. Grilled Garlic shrimp with potatoes and broccoli. And extra butter sauce, and it was all freezing. And some of my shrimp had char taste on it. My boyfriend said his lobster tails he got tasted chewy, and my boyfriend's father said the crab wasn't cooked correctly either. The biscuits were also soaked in sauce, and microwaved and were not appealing. This was my first experience, and now my last. I'm currently still at dinner, waiting for this horrible waiter to eventually come back so I can get my check and leave. Never coming back here again.
